A centrally located, monument building in Otrabanda, Willemstad, the capital of Curaçao. With a typical Dutch colonial style, this home was constructed in 1904. It boasts high wooden ceilings, doors and windows, authentically colored and painted with a tiled floor and roof. It has been completely renovated to its past glory. This non-smoking house is fully furnished with all amenities necessary to comfortably cater to a maximum of 6 people.


The 30 cm (12”) thick walls in combination with a 5 speed ceiling fans in each room, keep the interior breezy and cool. This ensures a comfortable stay and sleep without the need for air-conditioning.

Its central location means the most popular places on the island are easily reached on foot or by car, taxi or public transportation

The house is situated very close to shops, bars, restaurants, banks, hospitals (SEHos), supermarkets, bus stations, churches and government agencies.


The living room (24 m2/258 sq. ft.) is fully furnished with one leather sofa, Rotan chairs, a wooden coffee table, floor lamp, ceiling fan with lamp, DVD player and 21 inch TV, a pre-paid fixed line phone. Furthermore, the house has 110V or 220V power outlets and WIFI Internet.


The bedrooms; (1 large 16 m2/172 sq. ft. and 4 each 9 m2/97 sq. ft.) are fully furnished with a wooden slatted bed, cupboard, ceiling fan with lamp, 110V/220V power outlets and one stool, chair and a desk with a lamp.


The two spacious, modern and identical bathrooms each feature a beautiful black stained wooden countertop, two wash-hand basins, mirrors, 110V/220V power outlets, a shower and toilet.

The contemporarily furnished open-plan kitchen with dining area (18 m2/194 sq. ft.) has the standard kitchen inventory together with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, 110V/220V power outlets, and a free standing gas range with 4 burners. There is also a full size refrigerator with freezer, ceiling fan with lamp and a 6 person dining table.


The backyard offers plenty of space and is landscaped with low maintenance flowering shrubs. Furthermore it features a separately covered patio (8 m2/86 sq. ft.) a built-in brick oven, a wash basin and a large plastic garden table with chairs.

Common spaces
The living room, kitchen and dining area, bathrooms and the backyard are common spaces. The common places are cleaned weekly. Please keep all personal belongings in the room rented.

Short term stays are charged per day inclusive of all costs. Ask us about daily rates as they depend on the duration of your stay.

All prices are inclusive of water, gas, bedding and electricity costs up to an average of Naf. 75.00 pp. per month. Wifi internet costs are Naf. 20.00 per month.
An extra person is only permitted in the large room is charged at Naf. 75.00 pp. per month.

Please let us know if you require a drop-off or a pick-up from the airport (Hato). Price per trip is Naf. 35.00 per person.

Before the day of entrance a short term room rental contact needs to be signed.
Before the day of entrance, each tenant needs to pay one month security deposit plus one month room rate.
Each tenant contributes an equal amount to the monthly cleaning cost for the common spaces. This is variable according to number of tenants.Monthly cleaning of the common public areas needs to be paid in advance.
All amounts need to be paid in full and in advance .
One (1) extra occupant is allowed in the larger 16 m² room, no extra occupants are allowed in smaller room.
